The author through her manifestation tries to critically point to the global issue–overproducing of the fast fashion industry, and its impact on the natural landscape. Textile consumption around the world is calculated to be over 100 million tons. The current problem of the modern life era, at this point, is widely known to cause environmental harm, what's more, 85% of all textiles are ending in a dump or landfill, each year. However, the rate of recycling is unfortunately low, barely 13% of all material input is in some way recycled after usage.
